Seeking Advice: How to Start PF and ESIC Compliance for a Growing Company in Ahmedabad?

I am a manager at a private limited company. At present, the company is not following any laws relating to PF and ESIC, as there are 8 employees. Now, the company is growing; hence, I would like to start PF and ESIC laws for the Private Ltd company in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. If there is any advocate who deals with work related to PF, ESIC, etc., I need advice and assistance from him.
