Needed guidance on the rules and regulations for Hospitality(Hotels & Restaurants) sector?
What should be the minimum strength of the employees(Full Time and Part Time) and what should be their gross salary amount for Pf and Esi?

Hi,
The links shared covers the PF and ESI for manufacturing sectors, is it the same for Hospitality sector? As Hospitality sector does not manufacture any products so whether ESI is applicable?
