Installing New Machinery or Buildings in Factories: Do We Need Revised Plans and Approvals?

Respected sirs, when new machinery or buildings are being installed in the factory, do we need to submit any revised plans to the factory department and obtain approval from there? If there is any notification under the Factories Act regarding this, could you kindly provide me with the link/document for the same?

If any building plan needs to be created that was not approved at the time of the issuance of the factory license, you have to apply afresh for it. You may contact your factory inspector in this regard.
