Starting A Recruitment Company

Hi ,
Im planning to start a recruitment agency of my own, would need to know if i would require some licences and how to start making the clients, I would be in a position to provide with lot of candidates, with my sources, but do not know how to start

My self frm mumbai.i also in same field,if u like to do recturtment for overseas u required license from ministry of labour,if u want to do on national(india) you required only shops & establised liceses,where u planning to open ur office,if ytou required more information plz fel free to contact me,if you have peoples i can gve you cliets also.
