I have 7 years of experience as an HR Generalist in multinational companies (IT Companies) in Chennai, India. I specialize in recruitment and employee services and am looking forward to a better opportunity in the UAE. I have tried applying for jobs through LinkedIn, Bayt.com, and Gulftalent.com, but the response has been very poor.

It seems you have good work experience and background. The best way to move forward is to get in touch with local overseas recruitment companies in Chennai, Bangalore, and Mumbai, where most of the genuine recruitment activities take place. I would not support unconventional methods of job searching if you truly seek value for your expertise.
