HR Vacancies In UAE

Dear Frnds,
I have 7 years of experience as a HR Generalist in Multi national companies (IT Companies) in Chennai, India.
I am specialisd in recruitment & employee services and looking forward for a better opportunity in UAE.
I tried applying for jobs through linkedin, bayt.com and gulftalent.com but the response is very poor.
I have few queries and expect your response on the same.
1) What is my chance of getting a job in UAE and what is the salary i can expect?
2) What is the peak time to visit UAE for job search?
3) What are the other ways to apply for the vacancies?

Dear Ghouse.
Seems you have a good work experience and background. The best way to move forward is to get in touch with local overseas recruitment companies in Chennai, Bangalore and Mumbai where most of the genuine action of recruitment happens. I would not support unconventional ways of job search if you really want value for your expertise.
