Left Job Without Notice: Can I Still Get My PF Settlement from Chettinad Cement?

I worked at Chettinad Cement for 11 months. I sent my resignation by mail and left the company without serving the notice period. Now, I want to withdraw my PF amount. However, the company has not forwarded my PF forms to the PF commissioner's office for settlement. I would like to know whether I can receive my PF amount or not.

If the company is not forwarding your PF withdrawal case to the Provident department, then you can lodge a complaint against the company on the Provident Fund Site EPFO.com. No employer has the right to stop your Provident Fund money.
