Details for the Position: The candidate should be a P.G / M.B.A. with 3-4 years of experience in training and development. Exposure at the plant level training like Six Sigma/TPM/5S/Kaizen, etc. (behavioral & technical). Age: 25-30 years. Excellent planner (TNI) & executioner, set high standards. Will have to take care of both technical and behavioral training needs at the plant level.
