Esi Act is extended in area-wise to factories using power and employing 10 or more persons and non �power using manufacturing units and establishments employing 20 or more
Any one please let me know ,
it is correct one or any amendment in this regarding , please share your opinion

The ESI Act was mended in 2010 and Now ESI Act is applicable to all factories employing ten or more persons irrespective whether that use power or not. B.Sai Kumar, ,

I would just add to Sai Kumar ji that such 10 or more persons wages is not a criteria.
