Its just like a distance learning programme, You can register online for any certification exam and prepare and then schedule your exam according to your preference. There is no such classroom training.

After passing, the certificate will be issued by? and by when?

After passing the certification exam you will be getting the certificate within 6-7 working days. The certificate will be issued by ICSIL which is a JV of Government of India and Government of Delhi NCT
