PF Transfer - Pf Claim

Dear Sir,
I have transferd my old company's PF amount to New company PF account , but when i checked PF claim status it is showing as claim settled but i dint received claim to my new pf account, even i have downloaded my e passbook. And i tried to call Chennai pf office many times but no one is picking up the call & even i wrote many mails but no replay and when i asked my HR they asked me to get Anexure K for transfer details..
Please guide me on this.

file RTI with both pf iffice asking to provide ann k from old employer pf office. once ann k is received ask to present employer rpfc that amount transferred as mentioned in ann k is credited if not when will be credited.
