How can you run a training course on Industrial Safety at your organization if you just stand in front of the room and read someone else's PowerPoint, which may have been created for a totally different organization with different safety requirements? Training is not just about reading out words on a PowerPoint. You need to research the safety requirements of your organization and then put together the appropriate training necessary to cover those requirements. We are talking about your employees' health and safety and protecting them from serious injury and even death. This is one area of training that must be taken seriously. I sincerely hope you will rethink this course of action and do the job properly.
