First of all, you need to sign the bond, if any, and you will receive an offer letter. Furthermore, you need to submit all the photocopies of your certificates and letters (consisting of details like proof of residence/address, proof of birth, identity clarification, educational certificates, and previous employment letters). Only then will you be eligible to receive the appointment letter.
Following that, the induction program will be conducted. You will be made familiar with the policies of the sector that you need to follow. Subsequently, there may be on-the-job training.
