In the case of woman member if she is leaving the organisation after getting married, she can withdraw the PF accumulations without waiting for 2 months. Similarly, any employee who is leaving the company for permanent settlement abroad need not wait for 2 months.

Please let me know In case employee’s death or termination, nominee and employee can claim EPF amount without waiting period ?
In case of termination of employment he has to wait for 2 months whereas in the case of retrenchment following the provisions of ID Act and death no waiting is required.
