ESIC Renewal or New Application When Changing Employers
Please suggest to me—when an employee is shifted (resigned or shifted for any reason) to another employer, can ESIC be renewed, or does the employee have to apply for a new ESIC? I know that PF can remain the same for the new employer if the employee accepts, and also ESIC will apply to those whose salary is less than ₹12,000/-. However, here, does salary mean TAKE HOME or CTC?
