Availing Privilege Leave During Probation Period

My query is if a employee is on his probation period and after six month employee will be entitled for earned leave so after completing his six months of probation period his earned leave calculation will from day of starting of days after conifrmation will be consider?

Hello Ever one I am a new one Here . Can anyone tell me if any employee have earn leave balance in his account and dont have casual and sick leave can we give on earn leave for his one day leave..

I want to know for earned leaves calculation require to complete 240 days in a year means including paid holidays, weekly off or only present days.
