What should I do or what do I need to improve my skill which I need or will require as HR Manager?

Dear all members, My question is not regarding any company policy or any legislation, on to date, I'm 4th sem. student of my MBA(HR). there's no opportunity 2 get a job from my institution. I need to take suggestions to all HR professionals about my career in the HR field.
What should I do or what do I need to improve my skill which I need or will require as HR Manager. I did my project on "JOB EVALUATION" please suggest to me some working areas upon which I work & which is most appropriate or effect full 4 my resume. Please please help me out with this problem, I'm your's past.

don't depress that u r in hr is a good commanding work if u add IR to he will be more strong when u will have bright feature..
