Dear Team Member,
Please help me to know that if employee go out of office for official work and if he met with an accident than employee treatment and leave for bed rest will be paid by company or company can ignore this from its liability.

Please refer to the employee compensation act (earlier workman compensation act).
It clearly states that the employer is responsible for compensation in case of any accident that takes place while the employee is on duty (inside and outside the office). Compensation is clearly defined in the act, both for temporary and permanent disability. The days you are forced to take bed rest will be counted as 100% temporary disability. Most companies would avoid trouble and pay entire salary for the days you are forced to take stay away from office on account of recovery from the accident.
Further, the act also clearly states that the medical cost in connection with the accident needs to be reimbursed by the employer. This is without limit and so long as you do not recover fully from your injury and will be payable even if your services are terminated.
Having a stated policy and procedure in the company will help, but if you dont have it, the above rules still apply

Sir(s),
There is one concept called "theory of notional extension of premises". I hope you must have examined this concept.
In respect of cases of employees covered under E.S.I.Act, 1948 kindly see Section 51-C of the same.
