How will we implement the ISO 14000 certification in the industry? How can I find the way and obtain the certification?

First of all, I want to appreciate that your management has decided to initiate ISO 14000. I hope your organization is ISO 9000 certified. If so, the first step is to purchase the ISO 14001 standard. Go through it, list out your activities, and identify their impact on the environment (such as depletion of resources, impact on soil, water, air). List out your current controls for the same.

After that, to reduce the impact, list out the steps you can take. You can use a rating system to quantify the impact. Let's start the activity for a green environment and a green India.
