Thank you verymuch for those who follow my threads and called me to appreciation.
Lot of member friends keep sending me mails and called me for continue sharing more ideas and articles.
Due to my tight training schedules and spending time with family i couldn't spend much time with you all.
I am really thankful to the friends who took time to call and shared their thoughts with me.
So from here on I will try to spend some time with you all in sharing some of my valuable thoghts and ideas regarding personal development and training.
