Hi Harshini, you can search on the net for free job posting sites. There are some sites that focus on specific locations such as cities like Pune. I know one site, namely: Job site for Pune Engineering Jobs, Jobs in Pune. You can look for similar sites that do not require employers to pay for posting their jobs. LinkedIn and Cite HR are also good options, which you are already familiar with.

I use these methods for recruitment.

You can also post job portal sites like Indeed, Career Builder, jobsonline.com, SimplyHired, etc.
