Hi,
Please find attached the spreadsheet which captures some of the comp/Ben. components and employment terms with mid-level IT companies(min. 250 - 300 employees to 1000 plus). I would appreciate if you can take some time out and fill in this sheet and send it across to me. You may share your current or previous employer/s details.This is just for our internal reference for a market survey on HR policies and I ensure you that this data will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed with other employers or on any of the social networking sites.
I need these details at the earliest.Please help.
