Need Help with Authorization Letter Format for Labor License Application?

Respected Senior, the labor department requires an authorization letter to obtain a license. I need a format for the authorization letter.

You need Form V (refer to rule 21) in The Contract Labour Act of 1970. You will find the format in the book, and the same should be issued by the Principal Employer to you. On that basis, you can apply for a labor license.
