The policy uploaded by you in English seems to be based on Vishakha guidelines and is now outdated. Kindly refer to The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013. The policy should now be based on this Act, and several provisions enshrined in the Act have not been incorporated in the policy as submitted by you. This makes it ineffective and defective, thereby making the organization liable for punishment.
