Can Poor Performance in NGOs Affect Everyone's Yearly Leave? Seeking Advice!

Leave System in NGOs

I would like to get help from you on the leave system that is followed in the NGO. I am working in an NGO where we receive certain leaves on a yearly basis. Is it possible for leaves to be directly connected to our performance? This means, if any employee fails to perform their duty, will the leaves of all employees get canceled? Please help me.

I don't think there is any such legal binding for leave that if an employee does not perform well, his leave would get canceled. Well, we are registered under Society. We have a specific leave procedure which includes 12 Casual, 12 Earned, and 7 Sick Leave. Besides this, we offer a week of paternal leave and three months of maternal leave.
