Choosing the Right Exercises for Leadership Assessment Centers: Any Advice?

I am looking for some information on Assessment Centers/Development Centers. I am trying to find out how one can choose among the different exercises that go into an Assessment Center/Development Center for leadership assessment. Can you please help?

I am attaching a brief write-up on the Assessment Centre. I hope you will get a fair idea of the use of the assessment centre from this. I think a lot depends on the assessor on how to deal with assessment centres. There are many tools that are used in AC/DC. If you need some assistance, I can send you some questionnaires that I had used in DC.
