Navigating PF Form 20 and 10 D After an Employee's Passing: What Steps Should We Take?

Rajshree Dawale
I need guidance regarding PF Form 20 and 10 D. The case is as follows: One of our employees (workers) has been working in our firm since May 2001. He was transferred to our new firm in July 2010 and unfortunately passed away on October 7, 2012.

What should be done in this case? Please guide.

Hi Rajshree, my English is not good, but I try to understand. First, you need to transfer the PF from the old account to the new account. Then, you fill out Form No. 20 and 10D.
