Can anyone explain me about how this Form is used according to factories act. I am new to this concept and that is the reason i want to understand the concept properly.

This format is used to fill the detail of workers that how much workers are working with your organization/ factory (including men, women & children). This should be filled on daily basis and this is a requirement of Factories Act, 1948.
