I would suggest the recently launched Jigsaw Academy HR Analytics course. I have heard their reviews all over the internet and through my friends on LinkedIn about their foundation course in data analytics. The HR Analytics course syllabus offered by them is pretty exhaustive and they offer it both as an online course and an instructor lead course.
