Forced to Resign Without Explanation: How Should I Handle This HR Nightmare?

Hi, I have been asked to leave by my organization. The company has not given me any documentation for this. I have not been attending the office since that day. It has been 2 months, and I have been following up with the company's HR for the reason behind this, but there is no response from them. The follow-up is ongoing via emails. I have received my salary for the working days.

The HR department is forcing me to resign without any reason and telling me that they will terminate me if I don't resign. This has been communicated to me over the phone. I am worried about my bonus, PF, and relieving letter.

A bonus clause is mentioned in the employment agreement. It does mention the Bonus Act. Please advise me if I should resign or ask the company to provide me with the reason. I am not yet terminated, but HR wants me to resign so that they can provide me with the relieving letter. I have not received any documentation from the company.

With regards to resignation, it is advisable not to dig the dead body out. Submit your resignation, take the relieving and Full and Final Settlement, and exit smoothly. If you ask for the reason, they may have ample reasons to terminate you, which could waste your time, energy, and potentially harm your career. They can easily terminate you by sending a letter stating job abandonment.

Just don't waste your time and effort, which would be better off being put to use in your new job—especially since you say this company has financial problems. Even if you ask for a bonus [presuming you are eligible], what do you expect—except spending time running after courts? Had the money involved been considerable, then it's a different matter—you worked here for only 1 year.
