Can I Use My Current Salary Account's Cancelled Cheque to Withdraw My EPF?

I had resigned from my previous company in the month of October. Now, I want to claim my PF. My previous company asked me to submit EPF documents along with a cancelled cheque. I want to know if I can give the cancelled cheque of my salary account from my current organization, or if I have to provide a cancelled cheque from my savings account.

You can provide any active SB accounts. The canceled check is just to authenticate your A/C No. and bank details. The PF is transferred to your SB A/C by NEFT/RTGS.

You should submit the canceled cheque of your current bank account. Since you mentioned leaving the company in October, ensure that your salary account is still active. If it is active, you can submit the salary account's cheque.
