Hi everyone, I am an MBA student. We are conducting a festival in our college, and I am the head of the HR event. I need your help and suggestions. People often have the wrong opinion that HR is an easy field. I aim to dispel those misconceptions by organizing a set of engaging HR activities for the competition. It is important that everyone understands the significance of the HR field. Try role plays and reverse hiring, where the companies visiting are taken through mock interviews to determine if the student should hire the firm as its employer. This is different from unidirectional pre-placement talks. You need to structure it around the efficiency to choose between equals.

Engaging Presentation Alternatives

Paper presentations can get boring; try a live upstaging of the moment. Gamify every contest to keep the participants interested. Quizzes are best when they are random and unannounced. Just announce a question during an event, and the person who answers it spontaneously wins.
