Confused About Calculating PF Arrears in ECR File? Need Help with Account Numbers 2, 21, and 22!

Hi, an increment has been given to our staff. Arrears have been given from September to November 2013. In the ECR file, I have mentioned PF arrears. Now it is showing Total EPF, EPS, EDLI wages, and also Total Arrear wages. We have to manually enter Account Numbers 2, 21, and 22.

My doubt is, while calculating for Account Numbers 2, 21, and 22, whether I have to combine both the wages or consider only the Total EPF, EPS, EDLI wages (excluding Total Arrear wages). Please clarify if any of you can.
