Lic New Group Gratuity Cash Accumulation Plan - PDF Download

Our Company has tan LIC\'s Group Gratuity Plan a few years ago. Recently we have received an intimation from LIC regarding changing over from old GGCA Scheme to their new NGGCA Scheme.
This is to request if anybody could enlighten us on the difference between the old GGCA scheme and the new NGGCA scheme of LICE

Since LIC has given option to continue the old scheme for the existing employees and opt for the new scheme for the new recruits, we will go for that and see the pluses and minuses of both the schemes and then take a call.
