This complete attendance sheet.
you just need to enter or alter data in last sheet and this will give you customize sheet according to you.
you can enter 10 ppl employee code name date of joining.
enter opening balance , and enter daily attendance month wise.
here H means holiday like sun, sat
P for present
EL for earn leave
SL seek leave
COR comp off raise
COA comp avail.

You have created a VLOOKUP link to a Masterdata sheet & I do not find the Masterdata sheet for me to make amends either in the employee name or date of joining. Can you kindly enlighten on this please.

Dear M.V.KANNAN,
please alter the insert data sheet ..
all the things in will be automatically update in master sheet and status update.
then you have to just update leave record in monthly sheet ...
in status sheet you can change the employee code by drop down menu and you will get updated data for that employee
same in status sheet you will get updated data by changing month (drop down )

Thanks for the clarification. It works well. Earlier you had mentioned that data can be entered for 10 persons. Just wanted one last clarification as to whether this number can exceed 10 persons. In other words can data be entered for more than 10 persons.

But seems like the file is protected and unable to edit.
