Need a tool to measure the morale of employees for a mid-sized company. Please, can anyone help me in this regard.

Hi Sanjay,

I am attaching a questionnaire on Employee Effectiveness. It defines the employee's productivity, potential, and his traits. The last 2 pages can be used by the assessor. You can add or modify the questions according to your needs, but then the dimensions have to be clearly defined. I seriously hope this one helps you in your task.
