Withdrawing My PF With Previous Employee

shah.hansal
Hi All,
I have just left my previous organisation and I would like to withdraw my PF amount. The HR of my previous organisation told me I can only withdraw my PF amount after completion of 2 months from my relieving. Is that true? Do I need to wait for 2 months period to be eligible to get my PF?
Please help.

You have posted on the right platform & right post.
Regarding your Query : It is very correct that you can apply for PF withdrawal after 2 months from your last working day in any rganisation. That is PF rule and logic behind is that the employees and no longer employed with any eployer since two months, because withdrawal is exempted in continuos employement.
