My problem is, i am into HR and the only one, but i am not given any opportunity to implement Hr activities in the company. the company belongs to my own uncle, but he is not in india and he too bends to the senior mgt in india and always favor to them, i think he has a fear of losing the company, or they may stop work if he go against to them,
2. the grading and structure are not according to standards - i repeatedly told them that we have change the designations according to global standards - BUT NO ACTION , they always hesitate
3. being HR i should be given a cabin to for employee privacy and to conduct interviews etc, but no such thing
4. employees still go and tell their problems to the people who had borough them to the company
5. Experience certificates, reliving letters are still given by senior mgt
6. recruitment happens without knowledge of MD & HR
7. Though HR conveys an a new joinee to come and join on a certain date, still he brings the referred employee and with his recommendation he joins early
8. I made all HR policies and showed them to MD & CEO, but they are not ready to implement
9. any corporate party to be arranged is still told to some finance fellow.
10. i seriously feel no body does his work.
11. i was also been taken to do project mgt, but unless the technical head schedule the proj, how will i plan and do follow ups.
12. now i have been asked to take care of inventory mgt. procurement,
13. they keep me unaware of all happening things at company.
the company is into a highly polluted area, because of that my health is spoiling. huhhhhh
i have potential to achieve a lot in HR, i was well praised and appraised in my previous company but being here i feel i am losing out my learning opportunity.
