Pharmaceutical Industry - want help regarding the proposal of Five days working in a week

Dear All, My self Dehul working in the Pharmaceutical Industry for the last three years in P&A Department. I want help regarding the proposal of Five days working in a week i.e. Alternate Saturday & All Sunday weekly off in a week. As I have no idea about the same If somebody help to me for this proposal.

in pharma industry the batch process with which we cannot go in for 5 day week if it possible u try to discuss with u hods and take approval and make report on it the that are the advantages and dis advantages take a approvel form the management or MD. and conduct a meeting with all the hods and explain and discuss with unions if u have then after taking all feed back make necessary changes if u have then implement . ok

As I know that in pharma industry the process is continues of any product. But as per our HR DGM he insist to us to make a proposal for the five days working only for Administrative persons of who are working in admin building only. As suggested by you also we will go through a meeting with our union / plant staff.
So request you to give some guidance on the same if you have any
