Regarding Leaves - Leave Type

HYE TO ALL i hope all doing well
I am working as an H.R Generalist ...... i Have recently joined the organisation so i want to know the type of j leaves and number of leaves allowed in private limited companies in India.?

Have you ever referred factories act 1948? If no then I kindly suggest you to refer it and get the knowledge. If you would have any confusion then contact.

Leave are basically ( CL (casual Leave ), PL(Privilege Leave, SL,(Sick Leave)
above leave as per HR policy in some companies are providing leaves as follows:
CL : 20/Year
PL: 40/Year
SL:20/Year

Dear Ayushi,
Pls clarify for which type of industry you are working. Whether you are working under the Factories Act ,or Shops & Establishment Act .Moreover , each organisation have their own standing orders which stipulates their own leaves.

When the employee completed first month from the date of joining he is eligible for PL 1.5 days SL 0.5 days
