- Approximately 400 to 600 contractual manpower enter through the Security Entry Gate.
- Proper areas are not covered.
- We have engaged manpower suppliers through the time office.
- We have prepared the wage sheets.
- Issue Gate Pass.
- Monitor statutory compliance under the labor laws.

Purpose:

To monitor properly that the region needs an HR-Time Office SOP.

Control System for Labor Management

Basically, this is a question asked by my boss as I am presently working on a few things:

• Gate pass is used by the security as recommended by the Time Office Head.
• Labor is provided as requested by the concerned HOD/section head.
• Some laborers are fixed, and 50% are variable depending on demand.

Therefore, my boss feels that something is missing for the control system. That's the reason they want an SOP.
