Seeking Advice: How Should We Revamp Interview Assessments for Freshers?

Hi to all seniors, please help me find interview parameters by which freshers need to be interviewed. Actually, I do have experience in interviewing freshers, but recently, my company is planning to change the mode of assessment. In this regard, I need inputs to enrich my assessment.

Could you kindly specify the sector in which you operate or the desired profiles for the candidates to be hired? To assist you more effectively, many aspects and parameters can be identified from the Job Description and KRAs of the desired positions.

You may consider establishing an interview format as a planned approach to aid you in a structured manner, ensuring that your management receives well-documented information accordingly.
