Is dependent entitle for funeral expenses in case of death of employee other than on job/work.
Does company grant leave salary if employee is hospitalised & if not for how many days ESIC gives salary of leave. What is the rate.

Suppose the company gives arrear to an employee then his gross salary of that month increases, then what will be deduction of ESI. Will it be on previous salary or increased salary.

Suppose bonus is paid in month of November & it is a part of gross salary. Whether ESI deduction will be done on new gross salary.
