Dear All,
I want issue a circular to our staff members staying at company accommodation about the appointment of security guard. Can some one help me for this

I feel there is no need to announce these employees. Just have the Security Guard posted at your company Accommodation site. Staff will know it by their presence.
If you should have any new security measures like Showing ID card while entering premises to Security Guard etc, you can just post a "Notice" outside the premises common area or accommodation main doors with the instructions.
