in attrition sheet you creat a field in percentage. i want to konw where this percentage effect and its masure.
pls reply my question.

It shows the rate of attrition for that particular month. Which you may use in comparison with the rate for previous months and can work strategically.

MIS(Management Information System) report varies depending upon the firm/company requirement.
There is no perfect format for MIS as it varies.An HR has to under stand the functioning of company and has to create the report which could broadly explain the functioning costs and current criteria in the company.
