Dear Friends, I wish to know that if an employee of a company takes Leave from Monday to Friday,then will the following Saturday & Sunday be considered as holidays or will his salary get deducted for these two days?

its depend on HR policies and employees pending leaves but as per act if any employee taken leave as you mention period Monday to Friday ( if he worked on saturaday then sunday will be holiday )
otherwise its effected to his salary.
