Seeking HR Courses in Dubai: Any Recommendations for Short-Term Learning?

I have completed my Master's in Human Resource Management. I have also worked for consultancies and other industries. I am experienced in the recruitment profession and have worked as a Coordinator. I am currently married and settled in Dubai. Can anybody suggest any kind of diploma or other short-term courses in the HR field? My interest areas mostly lie in counseling, observing and learning personality traits, and social skills. Please do give your suggestions regarding this. I am waiting for a reply.

As I mentioned, currently, I am in Dubai and I am looking for some short-term courses in HR Counseling, Training, and Development, etc., which could also be beneficial for me to pursue in educational or other fields, including part-time jobs. You can take advantage of the various courses being offered by MEC HR. However, I would like to point out that the course offered by the National Academy on Payroll is not satisfactory. A colleague of mine enrolled in the course a year ago, and unfortunately, the institute has not been able to complete the course as promised.

You have already completed your Master's in HRM, so in my opinion, you don't need to pursue any further HR-related courses. As for payroll processes, I wouldn't suggest that as it primarily involves data entry work, which may not require an additional course after obtaining a master's degree.

Since your interests lie in counseling, etc., you may consider pursuing degrees in psychology. You could explore becoming a trainer or a certified professional in various psychometric tests. Additionally, it's essential to clarify your goals at this stage. If you aim to earn money while working from home, you could consider taking up recruitment projects that can be done remotely.
