Feeling Stuck in Recruitment: Can I Still Pursue My Dream HR Generalist Role?

tejasthakaria5700@gmail.com
Hi seniors, I have completed an M.S.W. with a specialization in H.R.M. & L.W. from Pune. I tried for a generalist profile, but as I did not get any opportunity, I recently started my career as an executive recruiter in one of the consultancies. Is this good for my future growth because I am only interested in an H.R. generalist profile? Please guide me.

Hi Mate, The first basic thing for HR is the need to source profiles from the portal and through references. Making employees come for an interview is a significant task, so don't worry. Learn these things from a consultancy as there are many concerns needed to hire your kind of profile. From there, you can also learn other parts of HR activities. Don't start your career with doubts; be confident and successful.

According to me, recruitment is like a mother for every HR professional, so you should be very confident that you have started your career well. We hope this message was useful to you.
