Thank you for inviting me to make some comments in this thread. You have aired my views with precision. Many people, who try and divert traffic to their blogs here, have committed the same mistake of not giving sources of information. Even if it is from a source that says "Share it freely", it is essential to give the details of the link. When we even borrow an idea from someone's writing, it is essential to give credit to the person who though of the idea. For example, if I were telling a story from the Panchatantra, the Bethala Stories, or Aesop's Fables, I have to say that it's from that book.
There are good examples of that sort of posting in this thread too (For example, by Anonymous (Sanjay)). Please also read and digest my post at http://citehr.com <link fixed>
