Planning a Fun Annual Day: What Games Would You Suggest for 100 People?

I am working with a manufacturing company, and we are planning to celebrate our annual day in January. There will be around 100 people. The event will include dance, singing, and other activities. In addition to these, I am looking for some games or activities that everyone can participate in. Please suggest some games that we can organize for the annual day event.

You can have Dussehra, Truth or Dare, and Pass the Parcel as these are the most common games, and everyone knows how to play them. You can also try Fish Pond, where all employees write a like or dislike about any colleague on a piece of paper without mentioning their name. Instead, they can write the name of the co-worker they are referring to. Later, HR can read these notes in front of everyone. This game is really enjoyable, and all employees can participate and have fun.
