Green Board For HAZ Waste Display

Dear Forum,
Our industry (Engineering industry) not in a list of Industries involving Hazardous Processes , The First Schedule Factories Act 1948 ,
During OHSAS audit Auditors aggree on above but gave an NC stating that legally you should put a Green Board for HAZ waste Display at main gate ....as per SC Notification 2005....
we have an ETP...
Is it required or not Legally

ISO/OHSAS pertaining to environment has a clause of Green broad. Its is mandatory to display to green board to attain the certification. Few items like ETP sludge, Used machine oil, oil soaked cottons, Glass wool are also classified as hazardous waste. So what the auditor has raised is right.
